Head to the Sofitel Hotel on Collins St and take the elevator to the 35th floor. Here you’ll find their Atrium Bar and No35 restaurant, but that’s not what we’re looking for. Instead, head for the bathrooms.

The exterior wall in both the men’s and women’s bathrooms is a giant window, and it has an incredible towards the east. You don’t need to be a guest at the Sofitel, just head up and check it out.
